The Holy Fire Reiki Session is a 30-minute live online Reiki session via Zoom dedicated entirely to Holy Fire® Reiki.

The chosen intention is held from its complete state.

The session begins with the reality already recognised as whole, balanced and established. Holy Fire® Reiki then supports that state energetically through its qualities of purification, empowerment, guidance, peace and integration.

Each session is individual.

The energy is allowed to unfold naturally while Silvia Martinengo follows the movements, symbols, colours and energetic forms that emerge during the Reiki work.

The intention can relate to physical wellbeing, emotional balance, personal transformation, relationships, confidence, inner peace, clarity, vitality, life situations or another area that is meaningful in that moment.

HOLY FIRE® REIKI

Holy Fire® Reiki is a Reiki energy introduced through the International Center for Reiki Training and incorporated into the Usui Reiki system. The ICRT describes it as a refined energy associated with purification, healing, empowerment and guidance, and with qualities such as inner peace, confidence, vitality, trust, joy and a deep sense of being supported.

Holy Fire® Reiki can be used within energetic work for physical, emotional and personal intentions, supporting the person as the energy moves toward greater balance, clarity and wholeness. Within the Holy Fire® tradition, the energy is also associated with deep energetic healing, guidance and the strengthening of the Reiki work already taking place.

A Holy Fire® Reiki session therefore creates a clear energetic space in which the chosen intention can be held while the energy works in its own way. The session begins from the complete state: the desired reality is already recognised, and Holy Fire® Reiki supports that state energetically.

Silvia’s sessions also carry a distinctive dimension. She has the ability to perceive Reiki symbols visually as she works, observing their movement and the areas toward which they are directed. Together with the colours, energetic movements, spirals and other forms that may emerge during a session, this allows her to follow the work more deeply and responsively as it unfolds.

The result is a dynamic and individual Holy Fire® Reiki session, shaped by the energy that is present in that specific moment rather than by a fixed sequence. Silvia follows what emerges while keeping the client’s intention and complete state at the centre of the work.

DURING THE SESSION

The session begins with the selected intention and complete state already established.

Holy Fire® Reiki is then allowed to flow while Silvia follows the energetic work as it unfolds.

The live format also allows Silvia to communicate relevant perceptions that arise during the Reiki work when appropriate.

The session remains centred on the energy itself.

Silence, observation, energetic movement and communication can all form part of the same experience.

AFTER THE SESSION

The energetic work is complete within the session.

There is nothing that must be forced afterward.

The experience can simply be allowed to integrate naturally.

Rest, water, ordinary daily activities or quiet time can all coexist with that integration according to what feels natural.

The complete state remains the reference point beyond the session.

What if there is no immediate physical sensation?

Physical sensation is only one possible expression of an energetic session.

The Reiki work remains complete regardless of whether the experience is perceived through warmth, coolness, movement, relaxation, imagery, stillness or no particular physical sensation.

What if the external situation has not changed immediately after the session?

The complete state remains the reference point.

The session is not used to measure the state through constant external checking.

Holy Fire® Reiki supports the chosen state energetically, and the work remains centred there.

Can affirmations be used with the session?

Yes.

Affirmations can support the same complete state when they arise naturally from it.
